History of Rang Dong’s vacuum flask production
Since Rang Dong’s establishment in 1961, the vacuum flasks produced by the company have become an indispensable item in many families in Vietnam’s northern region and later, nationwide. “Rang Dong” is now a familiar and reliable brand in the country of more than 90 million people.
For the six decades of development, vacuum flasks of the Hanoi-based company have not only won heart of Vietnamese consumers, but also been shipped to more than 20 countries on a long stretch from Asia to Europe to South America. Destinations include Japan, Singapore, China, South Korea, Indonesia, France, Italy, countries in the Middle East, UAE, Egypt, Brazil, Argentina and Cuba.
Rang Dong has been supplying over 25 million units of vacuum flasks and refills each year to the domestic and foreign markets. Following significant investment, Rang Dong now produces vacuum flasks on modern automatic lines, starting from the initial stage of glass melting. The company uses highly efficient electric furnaces that emit no CO2, SO2 or dust into the environment. Other modern technologies have been applied, including silver plating technology with absolute heat radiation, modern exhaustion stage, the making of metal and plastic outer cases as well as product design.
