Rang Dong’s achievements highlight its mastery of core technologies in Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), and green energy, demonstrating how practical innovation elevates both enterprise performance and community safety. 

The company’s entries stood out among numerous submissions, earning recognition for their real-world impact, technical sophistication, and alignment with Vietnam’s push toward a knowledge-based economy. Rang Dong claimed the highest honor with its First Prize solution: an AI-based electrical safety warning system that detects potential hazards early and significantly reduces incidents within electrical networks. The technology uses advanced image processing and machine learning to identify anomalies such as overheating components or insulation failures in real time, triggering immediate alerts and preventive actions. Implemented across factories and extendable to public infrastructure, this innovation markedly enhances workplace safety and prevents costly power disruptions. 

Two Second Prizes underscored Rang Dong’s leadership in smart automation and renewable integration. The first recognized an AI vision processing solution that upgrades conventional robots into intelligent units capable of autonomous quality inspection in high-tech electronics production lines. By equipping standard robots with deep-learning algorithms, the system achieves near-perfect defect detection on LED circuit boards, dramatically raising yield rates while reducing human error. 

The second Second-Prize entry honored complete mastery of design, manufacturing, and quality control processes for smart solar-powered LED products. This end-to-end capability covers everything from photovoltaic cell integration to wireless control modules, resulting in durable, energy-independent lighting solutions suitable for off-grid areas, disaster response, and sustainable urban projects. 

Rounding out the honors, a Third Prize went to a breakthrough application of robotic systems on semi-automated LED production lines. The solution deploys collaborative robots that work alongside human operators to handle repetitive, high-precision tasks, delivering substantial productivity gains—up to 40 percent in certain segments—while maintaining strict quality standards and minimizing worker fatigue. 

Collectively, these award-winning projects showcase Rang Dong’s strategic focus on four critical domains: Artificial Intelligence for predictive safety and quality, robotics for operational excellence, Internet of Things for seamless connectivity, and green energy for environmental responsibility. Each solution has already moved beyond prototype stage, with several deployed across the company’s smart factories and offered to external partners.
