User Guide
Step 1: Use the measuring cup to gauge the desired amount of rice. Rinse the rice 2-3 times until the water becomes rather clear. Note: Please avoid rinsing the grain in the pot to protect the coating.
Step 2: Put the washed rice into the pot and pour water up to the level line corresponding to the measured amount of rice. Note: Do not add water higher than the maximum water line.
Step 3: Dry the outer surface of the cooking pot properly before placing it in the rice cooker. Level the grain inside, and close the lid.
Step 4: Plug the power cord into the socket. Press the switch and make sure the “cooking” light is on and the rice cooker starts. Failing to press the switch means the “warming” light will be on, thus the rice cooker will only be in the “keeping warm” mode.
Step 5: When the rice is ready, the switch will pop up and the “warming” light will be on simultaneously. We can open the lid, stir up the cooked rice, then close the lid for a while for better taste. Unplug the cord before serving. Note: Use the accompanying spoon to take the rice, metal spoons are not recommended in order to keep the coating intact.
