- 6 cups of warm water
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- Some ice cubes
- 12 fresh mint sprigs

Step 1. Soak dried apricots in clean pure water for 10 minutes. Let them dry.
Step 2. Cut dried apricot into small pieces at about 2 inches or 5 cm. Put them into a bowl and add 6 cups of warm water. Cover the bowl, then soak the apricot pieces for 4 hours.
Step 3. Place all the apricot slices and the water into a blender. Add ¼ cup of granulated sugar. Blend the mixture until smooth.
Step 4. Use a fine-mesh strainer to filter the fairly beverage. Then pour the final drink into a glass and add some ice, several fresh mint leaves which will make a perfect Qamar Al Din.
