  • 100 ml of hot water
  • 1 finger of ginger, burned and crushed
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 110 grams of brown sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Making:

Bajigur is easy to make at home.

1. Prepare ingredients. Make coffee with 100 ml of hot water, stir well and set aside.

2. Prepare a pot, put all the ingredients except the coffee. Cook over low heat until boiling and stirring.

3. After boiling, pour in the liquid coffee without grounds, mix well. Then pour Bajigur into the serving glass. Enjoy while warm.
