+ ½ onion
+ ½ cucumber

+ 2 minced garlic cloves
+ 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
+ 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
+ 2 tablespoons parsley
+ ¼ teaspoon of minced ginger
+ ½ teaspoon of salt
+ ½ teaspoon of chili powder
+ 4 teaspoons of yogurt
+ 1 Tahini sauce
+ 1 cup of olive oil
How to make spicy chicken shawarma for two?
Preliminary processing of raw materials:
- Wash chicken breast into small pieces.
