Vietnam’s Rang Dong Boosts Sales of Solar Energy Solutions

At the launch, Rang Dong’s Lighting R&D Center staff demonstrated the versatility of rooftop solar systems, showcasing their applications for homes, offices and industrial facilities.  

A Q&A session then provided clear answers on sale strategy and mechanism, customer engagement as well as exclusive support policies for employees.  

In order to sustain the campaign’s momentum, Rang Dong will host more workshops on solar energy solutions in coming months to address implementation challenges, refine sales strategies and enhance employee expertise in promoting rooftop solar systems.  

The event was attended by Rang Dong’s Vice General Director Quach Thanh Chuong, department managers and representatives from trade union and communication units. 

At the company’s annual shareholder meeting in June, Rang Dong announced its business targets for 2025, envisaging drops in annual revenues and gross profit from last year, citing rising competitions due to an influx of imported goods and investment in Vietnam-based factories by foreign firms.

The “Green Energy Ambassador” program stimulates Rang Dong’s employees to advocate the rooftop solar system as part of the company’s solar energy solutions, which can be applied to reach various targets, including cost efficiency and environmental benefits. 

The system can reduce electricity bills by up to 80 percent, offering families, businesses and factories significant savings and long-term financial returns.
