Thermos bottles are designed to keep drinks hot or cold for long periods and work well in various situations. The features make them a widely used and popular item. But when our favorite bottles start showing any of the six warning signs as described below, they should be replaced to ensure health safety. Let’s explore these signs in the following story. 

A damaged insulation core is one of the most critical indicators. As the vacuum layer loses pressure or develops internal leakage, thermal retention drops significantly. Beverages containing milk are particularly risky because unstable temperatures can create an ideal environment for bacterial growth.  

Rust formation 

Rust spots on the thermos body are clear signs for replacement. Rust not only affects the appearance of the bottle, but also poses health risks. Harmful substances can leach into the drink, and given these changes are difficult to detect through taste or smell, long-term use can be harmful.
